Good luck on the rear ones..I posted this earlier in case you don't already know..
The rear ones take a little extra effort, as you have to compress the caliper pistonwhile twisting (lefthand side- CCW) (Righthand side- CW)Opening the bleed nipple helps.
After I did all my brakes, I bleed the entire system with fresh Jaguar fluid..starting at the Right Rear, then Left Rear, then Front Right, then Front Left.

Man that was a bit of work wasn't it? Although with some slotted or dimpled rotors shining out I guess its worth it, not to mention the upgrade on the quality of braking!

[sm=exactly.gif] The rears are definitely more work...parking brake cables, ABS sensors, probably something else in there I forgot to bolt back on [sm=redx.gif]...the real problem was a big line of storms came through yesterday afternoon right in the middle of my brake job...I gotta do it in the driveway....oh well, got it done, pads are now bedded in nicely, definitely worth the effort....

Thats good to hear! If you were able to stay outside at all today consider yourself lucky! It was so cold I didn't want to go out to my car to start it let alone work on it!

You know something funny about brake jobs I never commented about earlier is that I was at my uncles shop and every time they get a set of rotors in they machine them down a tiny bit as when the rotors sit on a shelf for a while they will get minor warpage. They had a few cars back in the day that had some warped ones that once they went to test drive had to pull off and buy new ones and put them on. I don't know if this is common practice everywhere or not but they always do it to every rotor set...
