Default Circuit breaker tripping the a/c blower - cause for concern?

My x is continuing to work like a trojan through this frigid northern winter (you have to love this motor) but I have one minor niggle. The blower keeps quiting for, say, 2 or 3 seconds. It only happens when accelerating from a stop or very low speed. The whole circuit gets tripped because the interior lights (all on the fuse 99 circuit) also go out temporarily and there a sound like a circuit breaker tripping.
Any thoughts or experience with this issue anyone? If there is trouble ahead, I would like to nip it in the bud.

Thanks in advance as always for any advices!!
