Default Clearing all modules for a clean slate

Hey Crew, I don’t post much but wanted to see if anyone has the super secret hand shake for clearing all the modules. I have an 06 that has been through two of my two sets of twin girls and then was my daily driver of 100 miles round trip. It’s got 116000 on the clock, I just changed plugs, coil packs (all) upper intake gaskets. I’ve had every drop of fluid changed less than 10000 miles ago (oil every 5K) I’ve also had my local shop change the EVAP solenoid by the gas tank and I’ve changed the purge valve on the firewall.

So I have a pretty good scanner, Innova 3170 and it shows a boatload of codes, when I tell it to erase a particular code it says “request sent” but the code is still there.
Example:
P0430, Cooling fan 1 control circuit
B0053 Second row left seatbelt sensor

So I changed the cooling fan control module about 2 years ago with the correct expensive part, fans operate as expected still.
Seatbelt sensor, my daughter merged into an F350 with bullet wheel nuts and bored a hole in that door.
Other daughter borrowed the little cat while I brought her Volvo XC90 back from the dead, she drove the little cat to failure when the FCM failed and she just kept unhooking the battery then jumping it in the morning without telling me.

These are all a few years past now and the cat runs GREAT now. It sits comfortably in the garage and I take it out now and then.

I can list them all if you like but what I’m really looking for is a way to clear everything and see what comes back. I’ve tried the unhook the battery cables, zip tie them together put cardboard over the battery posts and let it sit over night, no good. I just would like to start from scratch and see what comes back. If it takes dealer software to reset it so be it.

Just would like to start with a clean slate if that’s possible.

I took it to an independent Euro shop and the guy gave me doom and gloom that I might as well throw it away.

Not going to happen, I like it, it runs great and it’s all paid for.

Almost forgot, I found a HotRod upholstery shop here in Charlotte that did the headliner for $600.00. Looks great, let me know if you want their contact info. As always, thanks in advance for the help!

I think you mean:
clearing all the codes from all the modules

You do it by fixing the faults.

After that some will self-clear (e.g. PCM), others it's typically not worth doing but you need an advanced tool (yours may work).

P0430 is the cat efficiency code. I had that when I had a small vacuum leak on one bank.

Thanks for the replies folks, I fat fingered the code, it’s actually the P0480, cooling fan 1 control circuit. There’s a bunch more. I’m going to take it to Jag, they will clear everything for $100 We’ll see where it goes from there.

To be clear, the car has no drivability issues, I’ll follow up after the Jag shop trip
