As far as I number, couldn't change one of the spark plugs underneath the manifold during last years service because of playing up bolt on the manifold and last week did a engine steam wash from beneath where the sump pan is to check the oil leak and it was unfortunately sump gasket where the oil was leaking from.

mjan, if you are getting lots of lights on the dash (pretty much all of them) as you are starting the car, then based on your codes, you are most likely looking at a bad ECM. What it appears to me is that the ECM is seeing the voltage at the ECM drop too far and this is putting it into a diagnostic mode and it is checking all the lights to see if they work. This is resulting in a communication error (hence the P1637 and P1260 codes) and the start signal between the security module and the ECM is not happening. Without this signal, the ECM never sends a signal to the starter to roll the motor.
On a side note, the U1900 code is a common code that I have seen in every car I have dealt with. I would say to ignore that code for the moment.

I wouldn't disagree with Thermo's suggestions, but it could also be that your ignition key has lost its programming to the car (Not the key fob, but the transponder in the key itself) Have you a spare key to try? If not it requires specialist equipment to do the programming.
Also, check the connection to the ABS Module in the front righthand corner of the engine bay to make sure it's clean and properly connected and the wiring in case of damage

Astro, if the programming was lost in the key, it should be giving him a message in the message center about "Security Enabled" or something to that effect as it is not getting the correct message from the key. I forget the exact message that comes up when a properly programmed is not used. It seems to me that the center console will also flash a red light which he is saying he is not getting. Hence why I went for the ECM as the likely suspect.
