Default Different front suspension arms ?

I am looking to maybe changing my o/s front lower suspension arm and have been viewing parts and prices etc. Most of them say " will not fit sport models ". My car is a 04 2.0D sport, what is the difference between a Sport lower wishbone and an ordinary ( standard one ).

There isn't a difference, the control arms are one and the same for the Sport and Standard. This is an issue with all OEM's catalogs.

I got the Beck Arnley control arm from Amazon, cheapest price around.
