I have to push in on my door from the outside and pull the handle in order to get it to catch so that I can open the door. Any idea how to fix this? Also, I have only 1 key and the remote lock/unlock no longer works. I thought I could change the battery but, when I opened the key, I can't find a battery???? Help please.

after you seperate the flip key from the remote portion(theres a half moon in the middle back remote case. then you have to pop the remote back off to replace the battery. Good luck though getting a new battery to make it work again. the flip key remotes do go bad and everyone wants to "think"/ or "hope" a cheap battery will renew the functionality. most all the time it doesnt, and if it does its short lived. I do sell new remotes for the flip key for $75 shipped and you can program it yourself.
On the door problem if you remove the door panel and look in at the latch. Youll see asquare white and grey plastic lock for the metal rod that comes down from the outside door handle. Pull back on the white lock to seperate allowing the rod to move. move the rod up a few threads to PRELOAD the latch and press the white lock back in to secure the rod again. If done correclty it will open like new again and .ITS FREE!!!
