Default Electrical Supply to fuel pump

G'day to you all.
My daughters 2003 2.1L (petrol) broke down and and when I checked the codes can't remember the number now but it related to the Mass Air flow Sensor. So I have changed that but it still wont start.
The fuel pump was replaced a few months ago and checks out OK. 3ohms and works on external supply and car will run.
Therefore it can only be an electrical supply problem to the fuel pump.
I have checked all the relays in the central fuse box (glove box for RHD) by removing and putting on an external 12v supply and checking for continuity across the contacts and all are OK.
Now the drivers manual states fuse 17 in the same central fuse box should be 20amp and is on the second row up from the bottom is for the fuel pump.
When checked it is 7.5amp and checks out OK.
Reading through the threads one stated that the fuel relay is behind the large 2 relays in the Engine Compartment fuse box so I have checked that and the others and are OK.
The back seat has been removed and there are no breaks in the wiring.
Can someone supply me with the actual electrical circuit for the fuel system please or suggest what i should do next other to setting fire to it?
Keep happy
Jim
