Engine fault light on

Default Engine fault light on
A few days ago, I changed the spark plugs through a friend to my 2001 jaguar x-type 2.5 v6 petrol!
The car was running great, until the engine light came on during a strong acceleration.
I made the diagnosis and this ... meaning appears to me?
What can I do?
