I've a 2002 , 2.1 manual petrol , think it should have an engine undertray fitted , but I think I've read somewhere else this particular engined xtype didn't have one fitted , I'm just after some clarification thanks all.
If you are referring to the tray that goes underneath the front bumper (#2 in the diagram) all cars should have it. This protects the radiator and assist with cooling.
I think he was talking about a full (what we call skid plate) which is on the diesel. I seen an aftermarket metal one for the X about a year ago but, can't find it again for the life of me.
