Excessive rear tread wear

I was wondering about the rear tread life bc It seems like I'm changing out my rear tires too often. And the funny thing is that I changed all the components back there and the wear is even across so there isn't no toe or camber wear or at least I can't tell. Any suggestions.
Thx in advance jag fam

teflondon, when you are replacing the tires, are you getting more wear on the inside edges of the tires? If so, then your toe is off on the rear. It has a tendency to go out due to the lower track arm wearing out at the joint. If you are getting even wear across the whole tire, then odds are you are either getting the recommended life out of a tire or you are using a "sport tire" which uses a softer rubber compound which will give you better traction, but a lower life span. Normally you will see these advertised as "summer" tires. If you step over to say an all season tire, you may get some more miles out of a set of tires, but you will not be able to push the car to quite the same level in the way of cornering or braking.

...morning. New Member Bill from Wooster, Ohio. When I purchased my 03 X-Type 2.5, it was inspected a few times THEN I took it to a "Certified Jaguar Master Mechanic." He told me that I needed a new, right, rear control arm. He showed me where it was coming loose. He said that it could lead to uneven tire wear. He also said that when this part begins to go, you will notice that your tires will not be level. I hope this helps.

Yup, common problem, bushings wear out and suspension moves out of alignment. There was lots of discussion of this a year ago or so, at the time the repair was expensive since the bushings were not individually replaceable. Also, the repair were not covered by Jaguar warranties since it, was, at time, considered to be wear issue.
I think the arms were multiple hundreds of dollars at the time, so most people were willing to replace rear tires every 30K miles rather than paying to replace the control arms.
Since then the price on the arms has decreased significantly and the repair is now covered under a Jaguar warranty.
Does anyone remember anything else?
