First time on this site and I just bought an brand new 2009 XF yesterday
Hey all my name is john I'm 22 and I'am a realtor and I a'm almost finoshed with my MBA and so this my first time on this site!!! and yesterday I bought a brand new 2009 Jag XF, sold my 2007 Chrysler HEMI 300c to the dealer and bought my 4.2L Lux Pac supercharged XF. I have to say I can't believe thatI am a Jag owner because I loved my 300c so muchand I have heard that jag's in the past are crap like the s type and the xj8, but I just love my 09 Xtype so far and it drives so nice, Is there anyone else out there who has one yet, I would love to meat another XF owner the dealer I guess mine is very rare because it is the most loaded model you can get and it's supercharge and also the color is very rare I have heard. You all should at least go test one out and it make's my old 300c look like a ford tempo. Peace out

I saw one the other day...took a pic w/the camera phone...
I know what the car is on the road but seriously that car needs some more flair...even the supercharged one's I looked up earlier this week didn't look greatly impressive...Interior on the other hand is quite impressive!
Disregard the fact that the car is brand new look at this and look at the str
Shoot if they would have given the s-type a minor facelift I think it would look leaps and bounds better...

Aquil the one you took a pic of was base model car. Luxury.
In my opinion, I think the XF is a vast improvement over the S-Type in every way. You need to get out and drive one. Also when fitted with accessories looks nice. I will try to get some pics if the one with demo package.

It's nice but not leaps and bounds better...I've never driven either or even been in either but I guess I'm just not super enthusiastic about the looks of the outside, I think they could have done more to the supercharged version to kind of set it apart from the rest...Don't get me wrong the interior on that car is absolutely awesome! I'm just not super impressed with the wheel choice of the car or the outside sporty appearance. I hope they have some more in store for everyone in the near future. So the luxury package can have a supercharger in it? That one is supercharged...

aquill, how far is the dealer from you? if it is somewhat close to you then you should go test drive the car. I thought the same thing you did about the car at first. I then went and drove one. My mind quickly changed for some reason. The whole car has a differant effect on me after driving it. The ouside of the car has to somewhat follow the rest of the cars out there like bmw amd lexus. Remember this car was made to tap into that market. I have already made up my mind that the XF will be the next car i buy. just wish it had the AWD.
