The small bulbs in with the high beams are called side lights. They are a W5W bulb. 2825 I think is the same.
The Fog lamps use a H1-55W.

Hope this answers your question.

I agree with the 2825 because I just changed mine, but don't they use an H11 bulb in the fogs? BTW,V-LEDs has great replacement bulbs for thelicense plate and side lights to match your HID's should you decide to convert as well.

I didnt say H11, I said H1. X-Types have the same bulb in fogs as they do in headlamp.

99% chance your vehicle doesnt have phone. All cars had keypad on radio, however very few had phone installed. It was pre Bluetooth also so it would have handset in console lid if you had phone.

The phone it was designed for is no longer supported by any carrier. Best you can do is get a bluetooth system installed. Would be aftermarket though.

I hear good things about Parrot. No factory usage at all except audio mute when call comes in.

pu5hkar I asked this question about 3 weeks ago. Our 02's only have what looks liek to me the microphone already fitted into our roof consols but in reality there is only soem type of black rubber cap up there. The only thing our cars have to add the phone are the buttons, thats it. I have been told if I want factory blue tooth it is better to upgrade to a new vehicle which has thsi feature. I refuse to accept this answer. I am going to try sending a msg to a mamber named xdave or davexI believehe is on the UK forum and hes done all kinds of neat things liek fabricate a navigation harness and add heated seats to thefront and rear seats of his x. Maybe he woudl knwo what to do or how to go about doing this. I will keep you posted.

MODS maybe we can have some sort of sticky for the newer members to inform them that we only have the buttons in the 02's and no blue tooth? Just my $0.02 worth.

Well said bojangles but the greater mystery is. what was it that jag changed to add blue tooth? and how can we add factory bluetooth?

People highly recommend the parrot bluetooth kit, not sure what model number though...

ORIGINAL: bojangles

Call it great foresight for back in 1999 and 2000 when this car was designed. There was no bluetooth then, and somehow Jag decided to put the buttons. There was an in Car phone kit that used the buttons but that phone has become obsolete. Jag upgraded what ever was necessary to keep the buttons but add bluetooth connectivity.
Just because the buttons you see look the same.. what is behind them may be entirely different.
Does this apply to the 2004 as well?
