Hi. New here. My first Jaguar. I have a 2008 X-Type (diesel, automatic). It has approx 110,000 km on the clock. It has just started showing Gearbox Fault error. It goes into safe mode and now there is a light dragging sound when it drives. It has been happening for a few days, more often then not. Anyone here experienced this?

 

Hello , I have been searching forum for the fix for this issue . My Jaguar XJL 2011 is going into limp or a restricted mode and every possible fault is flashing on screen . Symptoms include

- Engine systems fault

- DSC not available

- Parkbrake fault

-Abs Fault

-Adaptive Dynamic fault

- Blind spot fault

- Stability control fault

- Fuel level low

- Suspension fault


... Steering wheel locks up , plus it wont change gear after it goes into park , won’t start back up for 20-45 min, engine speed is limited. Engine is also hot.
I took it to my local Jaguar for service also a local shop and both couldn’t get it to duplicate so they sent it back home with me after both having it for over a week .
