Hi all, i have a 2002 Xtype 2.5L with 5spd Auto., i recently replaced the Shift Cable, Jgate and Adjusted Cable per Jgate bulletin , it will shift from Park to Drive , i get Reverse and Neutral , transmission shifts normally, but i dont get any lights on Jgate and i have a Gearbox Fault code on dash. This J-gate was pulled from a known good Xtype with the same model year.

is it possible for the TCM to fail which is why i have no indicator lights on Jgate?.
at one point i did get 4 to light while in D .....
(or is there a way to determine if the TCM has failed)
the Sport switch illuminates when button pressed, im not sure what else to check.

does anyone know if it could be a jgate adjustment ? thanks in Advance Rob
