You can, click the go advanced button in the reply pane then the paper clip icon at the top of the page, this will open a popup window which will allow you to browse to the file on your computer and upload it.

I guess when you compare, Arizona is not all that expensive but the plates are stamped out (printed) at a cost well below the price the state charges. If I keep a custom plate for 5 yrs, I've paid $250 plus tax for an item that cost maybe $15 to make.
Anyway, my favorite so far is JAG ROAR. Btw, Boss, did your Jag survive hurricane Sandy ok?

My car was perfectly intact. I had it parked in a multi level parking garage next to a 1969 e-type, it was red like my jag, a little brighter in color. But we had the same idea. There were no trees above this garage so we were good.
