If there was such a product that worked - I am convinced that one of the OEMs would use it.
The car companies go to great great efforts to give the new cars a good finish.
if a few dollars could make it so much better... they would do it at the factory.

I think that if you can stop the oxygen molecules from reaching the steel then that is good. That is why cars with powdercoat primers are much better than E-coat systems. BMW uses a powercoat primer and that is why their cars are so good. it costs hundreds of dollars per car to do this and most automakers cant afford it. If there was a cheap product that worked it would rock the auto world.
you need to stop the salt water and the oxygen from getting to the steel if you want to stop the rust.
I dont think this product will make the paint stop breathing. If it did then it would work, but I am sure it is lies... again
