Help with modification tag

I have a dealer authorized tag under the hood of my 2003 x type. I can't find anywhere to look it up or any info on it. I also do not know how to add a pic but the label has
3939 3937 5934 R435
Any help would be appreciated.

Beaner, I think the last number (R435) should be R935. That would then mean that your car has had the turn signal stalk recall done to it. if you need more info on it, let me know and I can send you the recall notice that was sent to the dealerships on what work was to be performed.
