Default Help to narrow down problem of heat not blowing hot please

Whas up guys. It’s starting to change weather and wanna get my no heat resolved before it gets really cold. These are the codes I’m getting. B1262-defrost servo motor. B1263-vent servo motor. B1239-air front blend door. B2477-control module. Trying to narrow down which is the actual problem. The vents all blow out air if changed. My problem is I get heat for a few seconds then it blows barely luke warm. Air conditioning works fine. I believe my real problem is the blend door. But I don’t want to just throw parts and money at it. Does anyone have any advice or a service manual to point me in the right direction please ? Any help is greatly appreciated.

NYC, when you get hot for only a few seconds and then it goes cold, my experience is that you have a plugged heater core in the car. This will not affect A/C or the general cooling of the engine. But ,that is my thought.

Here's a dumb question. How long have you let it go to see if it changes? Reason I am asking is bc I have similar codes but an opposite problem sort of. Sometimes when I turn my AC on, it will blow lukewarm for a few than really hot (as though the heat is on) and then eventually turn to AC cold. Initially, is only let it get to the heat part and then start messing with things. However once I just let it go unintentionally, I noticed it eventually gets to what I am after. I think blend door is slow or something. I haven't tried the posted blend reset posted above so def. trying that. In any event, considering the absolute pain taking the dash out to get behind it to replace or test these components is, I am perfectly happy with a 5-7 minute delay!

Im gonna try the blend door reset in the morning. Also check if the heater hoses are cold (blocked heater core) and also give it some time to see if it that brings on the heat. Thx my brothers. I’ll update u tommorow on what happens

No good on the relearn for the blend doors. Since I’m getting a code for the blend door I would suspect that’s the problem. Not a clogged heater core. What u guys think ???
