Default Help with under dash connector!!!!

I've removed the dash from my 03 x type 2.5 AWD. I have installed the dash and the new heater core. I have a left over connector. I have a no start no crank condition. I have the brown female connector pictured hanging unconnected. I was wondering if anyone knew what this connector was for I would really appreciate it.

thats the holder for the brown relay that operates the folding mirrors. if you don't have folding mirrors fitted you won't have the relay. will not BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PROBLEMS YOU HAVE.

Thanks I've been worrying about that. The battery went dead now it won't crank. Even if we crank through the starter it won't start. The only thing I can think of is the key. Do I need a fully charged battery in the fob in order to relearn or reprogram it? The fob stopped working after the battery issue as well (as far as locking/unlocking/trunk latch)

I FOUND THE FIX!!! I had to unplug the white connector on the back of the climate control and plug it back in. It wasn't getting proper connection. That worked for me.
