HIGH IDLE Swag Jagg!!

The Swagg!! is Limping!! Its idling high I done some in depth troubleshooting seems that im not hearing the TONE from my Throttle Body ALSO seeing p1646 upstream , I changed it with OEM STILL ERROR CODE AND P1647 Pending
