High Performance Halogen Bulbs

That's interesting. Thanks for the picture! Did Jaguar source different projectors for different markets or model years? Mine has a much different cut off than that. There is a noticeable step in my cutoff, whereas there isn't much of one here with yours. Even as close up as that I still see a noticeable step.
My projectors are also crooked. The cutoff is supposed to line up and be straight with each other across, but my beams are crooked, and aimed inward. I'll get pictures tonight to show what I mean.

You don't want to go cheap and risk having them fail on you in the middle of the night when you need to drive. Just not good.

You're using a lot of usable light with 8000k. You will need H1 HID bulbs. Don't go for eBay auction HID kits. You want quality bulbs and ballasts. I listed a few very reputable vendors earlier in this thread.

Thanks, I appreciate it

No problem. Major typo with my last post. I meant to say you're LOSING a lot of usable light with 8000k. If you want looks and performance I'd go with 6000k. I currently have 4300k and its a very nice white. A tad too much yellow though - I'd prefer a little more blue for aesthetics sake.

Never mind about the different projectors and the different cutoff steps. lol I realized its just because camera exposure causes that spot to be a little overblown and so you can't see the step in pictures - it'll still there. Here's a picture of mine. You can see the down and inward angles. I would try adjusting and fixing it myself, but we all know how weak the mounting points are, so I'm just going to leave as is. It's frustrating though as the offset overlap is noticeable and the upward angle on the outside makes the outside part of the beam less usable.
Sorry, the best I could manage was this cell phone picture.
