after I replaced mine I also replaced the o-rings, fuel filter, air filter, oil filter and oil, cabin air filter, MAF sensor the car was doing fine till started stalling and I took it to a Jag dealer they charged me $115 for a Com. Diagn. and said I got code p0340 which it was to replace the camshaft and crankshaft sensors I paid around $600 for the job two days later I had a code p0430 and they said it is my front Catalytic Converter they stated that the rear is faulty but I only get the code p0430 for the front one so total quote with both to be replaced and tech labor is $2.760 so I decided to to it myself . I have located the parts at $200 each but I am thinking in replacing the front cat only since it is the only code I get with my auto scanner.
Is ther anyone who can describe to me how to do this? and if any pics are attached it'll be much appreciated

Hey I truly appreciate your post. I started to replace the PCV Valve because was leaking and I found the manifold and brake booster hose were leaky as well that was why I had idle problems anyways I just replaced the spark plugs but I got at the dealership a set of upper and lower gaskets for the manifold but I see only the ones on the picture... the oval ones, the smaller ones has a small elongation by the middle and I dont know where this ones goes. Can you please provide advise on this since you stated upper and lower which ones are upper and lower? and where they are located? Thanks, I greatly appreciate yor help.

Followed these instructions, SUPER helpful. Found insulation on wires on backside coils brittle and coming off. Temporary fix on that, car still had #4 cylinder misfire, swapped coil to cylinder #2, problem followed. Purchased one coil and replaced. New plugs, one new coil and holy crap what a difference performance wise! Love this forum!!!
