Hello Dennis,
Thanks! Thats how much my local Jag dealer quoted me. Therefore I think I will buy it from there.
The dealer said that this is the 1st time he ordered one. He said most people lose this Duct cooler and never realized they had one. thanks to this website, I am learning so much about my car!
thanks again everyone!

Didn’t Know I was missing one. Never saw one down there since I've been doing oil changes after Warranty.
Butttt I did notice some leaking going on. It’s not leaking on to the ground, but it seems its coming out and flying backon the floorboard section.
Its leaking from somewhere on transmission or transfer case.
I 'll most likely have to pay around a$1,000 to fix the leak in order to sell it since I only trust the dealership sincehere in Miami Florida every mechanic pretty much is going torip you off and ding your car!
I’d rather get ripped by a Dealership mechanic and get the job done right that pay less and get some rig!

You have 5 driveshafts....the diff is between the wheels on rear of vehicle. Has 2 driveshafts coming out, 1 to each rear wheel. Bolted to the diff front is the propshaft, connects to the transfer case. T/c has one driveshaft coming out of it to the right front wheel and the other drive shaft is going to left front wheel....comes out of the transmission.
The t/c is bolted to the trans also......and the earlier Xs were 60/40 front to rear and the later (04 on) were 50/50. So I was told at transmission class anyway.
Edit: Disregard....I was two pages late...lol

I just installed the cooler duct while having the oil change. Looks like the old cooling duct just ripped off from the previous owner. there was still a plastic bit attached to the screw. I am not sure if this will help but I guess there is a reason the engineers designed it in the 1st place.
