And I thought I got a heck of a deal on my X type until what I found today.
Cleaning the inside of the car (like I've done every 2 weeks since I got it in January) I noticed a buldge in the drivers seat map pocket. Low and behold I also got myself what looks to be a 9mm loaded clip with hollow point ammo in it. What amazes me is that the dealer didn't find it, nor did I until today. At least my 5 year old didn't beat me to it. Looks like I'll be stopping by the cop shop in the morning.

Shouldn't be too bad. I do work for the Township I live in and have a good working relationship with most of the coppers. I just don't have a clue how to get rid of old suspect ammo for something I don't have a gun for. I'm all for the right to bare arms, but only if you're smart enough and responsible enough to do so without endangering the welfare of others.

What's scary about it? It's a mag and some ammo. That's not a violation of PA's carry law, at least not that I know of. I'm not surprised, those map pockets are pretty deep, easy for something to hide at the bottom.
benebob go ahead and ship it out to me, I'll dispose of it properly for ya.

Technically, what benebob found was a magazine, not a clip. Commonly confused terms and the only people who care are overly **** gun nuts, of which I'm probably close to that description.
Clips are devices used to store multiple rounds of ammo to speed up the process of insertion into the magazine. Think "stripper clip" (which is actually a "charger" but lets not go there). The mag is the device inserted into the firearm that holds the ammo/feeds it (some clips are inserted into the mag)...One way of thinking about it is the magazine has the spring in it the clip does not (although some clip variations do have small springs).
There. I'm sure nobody wanted to know that but I said it anyway.
