I saw on another post that you found a company that redrilled those to fit the lug pattern, where are they located and how much does it usually cost? also how are the drive shafts and axels responding to the additional movement form the adjustable air suspension on your car. I bought my X-type recently for the AWD and comfort and even though I'm compulsively inclined to modify it I'm apprehensive about compromising the reliability of the car.

Inland Wheel and Tire in San Bernadino will do the redrill and their work is always top-notch. I have both redrill and 25mm spacers that they made and there are no shakes or oddities whatsoever, despite both redrilled wheels and spacing. The AWD system seems fine so far with air. There are a ton of Audis and Subarus on air and they are also AWD. I have had the kit in for 2 years now and my commute to Microsoft is 30+ miles each way. No issues to report. It is more finicky and you do need to monitor air pressures that you wouldn't need to on a spring or coilover car.
