I have finally got around to replacing the damaged radiator splash guard and wheel arch liner panels.
I also have the curved plastic pieces that I think are air dams, these are just in front of the front wheels.
Are these air dams fitted on all the x types, or are they fitted only on certain versions ?
I have looked through the workshop manual, but cannot find any info on them.


Also the 3 bolt holes that hold the radiator splash guard to the radiator support bar are damaged, as the bolts just turned, but would not come out, I ended up hack sawing them off.
The radiator bar holes look like they had threaded inserts, so now I am left with larger holes, these screws were seized to these inserts.
If I were to leave the radiator support bar, what do people do to fix the splash guard properly on these damaged holes ?
