Default Instrument cluster change on 2001 x type 2.5 petrol

Hi all, I need to change the instrument cluster on the above vehicle. It's becoming clear to me whilst searching for a replacement cluster that the majority of the digits of the part no's for the various clusters are the same except for the last 2! i.e...1x4F10849EH...1x4F10849AG...etc my question is what would be the difference between these 2 units in terms of operational abilities as i have seen a unit with the part no 1x4F10849EJ which apparently is from a model the same year, engine size and petrol, and yet the part no from the one to be changed has EH as the last 2 digits and not EJ as has the replacement, anyone have any thoughts on this?would appreciate it if you have.thanks.
