the vehicle does not start , they said that my car need a new ECU kit to solve the issue. I red this topic and it seems to me that if I buy a complete set from used veicle, I have just to reinstall it on my car to let it start.

It needs plenty of effort and they are probably wrong anyway!!

It seems to me that I must buy the same part no., just if I think to reprogram the used ECU. If I will find a complete kit (three staff) from a use vehicle, I don't need to look at part number.
Is it wrong ?
