The light washer feature is built into the headlight and not the bumper. You could possibly buy some type of nozzle and then tee the washer supply to the existing washer hose and mount them on the bumper.
If you want a clean installation you will need the headlight assembly equipped for washers and hoses, fittings that come with them. The nozzles can not be installed in a non-washer headlight assembly.
You might want to reach out to DrDome, a forum member, who parts out x-types. He may be able to supply everything you need at a reasonable cost. The washer tank is the same for a washer equipped on non-equipped vehicle.
you can call or text him at 484-903-4813.

Avern, you sure on the washer tank, etc.? I read somewhere a long time ago it was somehow different (wiring) that allowed the headlight washers to spray on initial press then once every 6th (?) time after that. I seem to recall (don't quote me on this it's been a while) that there were 2 pumps. Perhaps one of our European members could weigh in.

You are probably right about that. I forgot the sequence. But as I recommended get all of the hoses, fittings, etc. The wiring connectors should already be there.

The headlamp washer uses a separate pump to the windscreen one.
IIRC the headlamp washer works every 6th windscreen wash, provided that the washer fluid is not low and the headlamps are switched on.

I think you have a different Jaguar model in mind. The washer nozzles on the X-Type are mounted on the bumper, not on the headlamp unit as on the XK, for example. The headlamps for X-Types with and without headlamp washers are the same. It is the bumper which differs. The bumper with washers has a cut-out for the extending nozzle and a cover piece attached to this extending nozzle unit. Difficult to see in this photo - apologies - but the cover for the unit sits below and between the headlamp pods. You can just see the outline (Jaguar Racing Green - dark and shiny - and in the garage!)

The headlamp washer nozzle is fitted to the lower headlamp assembly.
When the headlamp washer motor operates, the pump fluid pressure extends the nozzle assembly, the bumper cut out cover is fixed to the end of the nozzle.

The part numbers for the headlamp assemblies with and without the washer system are indeed different - but the illustrations in the parts manuals are identical for the units with and without the washers. Can you clarify how the light units differ? is there some sort of a brace or physical connection between the washer unit and the headlamp assembly?

Apparently there is an additional relay in equipped cars. Some posts also speak to the light washer "feed tube" is higher in the tank than the windshield one. It also sounds like there are indeed 2 different pumps, spoken about in this post about difficulty in getting to it.

Headlight washers not washing

10 days ago I replaced the headlamp washer pump, and also had the front bumper and headlamps out too.

The headlamp washer pump is indeed approx. 4" higher up than the windscreen pump, and it is also harder to get at as it is between the washer bottle and chassis box section, it requires the bottle to be removed to gain access.
Because of the shape of the bottle, it is shaped around the aircon dryer bottle pipe.

I did not pay much attention to the headlamp and jet nozzle assembly, but as the nozzle assembly was fixed to the underside of the lamps.
As the nozzle assembly is a plunger arm in a tube, it must have had some webbings in the moulding, so that screws and captive nut clips fixed it to the lamps.

Here is the washer jet assembly https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Headlight...4AAOSwhLZcpwc4
