Danielle,
New body parts have never been sold in the finished colour, as long as I have been in Spare Parts (55 years).
They come with very basic "prime", and are finished to the colour of the car by the repairer.
Used panels, different kettle altogether. Sometimes you luck onto a S/hand panel that is spot on, mostly, nope.
My parts book states a Part Number change at Vin J39906. For cras WITHOUT boot lip spoiler.
Maybe that is the Vin that the Facelift started, as mine is a 12/2009 build with a Vin of J63537, which is near the last of these cars.
What that change is NO IDEA.
The rear bumper was changed at the Facelift time.
I cannot answer your question, just my thoughts on the ask.
Could be a major shape change, or simply different holes due to other related item being changed, it is that confusing.

Danielle,
You are in the UK, good.
Just finished talking with Greg in France, about V12 stuff, and I mentioned your quest. He gave me the following:
EuroJag, are the well documented Breakers, for late Jags.
dave@eurojag.com is the email he gave me.
I know NOTHING of these people as I am way down here, but what the heck, nothing to loose.
Good luck
