I myself stumbled upon this some time ago, good instructions in BossHog's profile.
I used XSnet (free), and burned the image on a DVD+R disc with ImgBurn in booktype DVD-R mode at 2x speed with a LiteOn iHAS124 (one of the writers recommended for burning car navigation system DVDs by the forum). Worked beautifully.

Your server might be able to, but the rest of the intermediate servers probably don't. Most have a limit of 10-25mb per attachment.
