unless the car is turbo and has a ford rear end
there is no benifit to this mod
buuut it looks very nice if thats what you want

if you oil the filter it will drive your maf crazy

Tire max size depending on wheel diameter for these cars in my opinion is
235/45/17
235/40/18
235/35/19
235/30/20
Just make sure all four corners match and if they talk you into 245s, then you'll need to subtract 5 from the aspect ratio (235/40/18 to 245/35/18), roll your fenders and use pretty high offset wheels. I have 215s on my car now, and even if you are a cornering god, I don't really see the point of anything wider than 225.

As exexpat said these things are cosmetic at best. I read an excellent article on free flow exhaust in this months R&T. Plain and simple if you drive a street car factory turned a free flow will do little to nothing for performance, just a sales gimmick. If you supercharge, turbo or other enhancements then a free flow might be a bit to reduce back pressure. The article went on to say unless you have a prep'd race car, you stock street car exhaust is adequate for the job it has to do.
