I have one, pretty sure. Not new but in very good condition. I guess you are talking about a pulley, no bearing, no tensioner? Post or PM me a picture of the part you are looking for to be sure.

Nilo, I would say to pull the tensioner off of the car, remove the pulley that you want and then go to your local auto parts store and see what they have. Tell them to start looking at the pulleys for either a 3.0L motor for the Lincoln LS or for the 2.5L motor on a Ford Focus/Fusion. One of those pulleys may match up.

Granted, for the amount of time that you are going to spend, Partsgeek.com has a whole tensioner assembly for $46 (plus S&H). Just something to think about. How much is your time worth?

Well I am Mr. Disappointment today. My extra one is no good. It might work but the bearing doesn't feel "smooth". And if it gets hot, then you are right back in the melted pulley business. I tried to press out the bearing and replace that, usually pretty easy to do. I did all the serpentine idler and tensioner pulleys and it worked great and was super cheap to do. But the plastic on this one is melted around it on both sides to hold the bearing in. It came out, but broke out a thin ring of plastic as the bearing came out. I can try to put a bearing in it and re-melt the plastic to hold it in if you want to try that. I'd do it on my car and never look back. I don't know how much a bearing costs but I'll find out and let you know. But honestly you might be more comfortable just buying the one from partsgeek as Chris suggested. Also look at car-parts.com for a used part, or I've had pretty good luck with RockAuto.com for new parts (they'll both be selling a whole tensioner). However, Rock Auto did fail to get me proper serp belt tensioner, which led to the bearing replacement deal that turned out a couple of orders of magnitude cheaper than replacing the whole pulleys anyway.

That one you linked to on Amazon, $50, free shipping... that's going to be hard to beat.

I agree on that probably being easiest. Good Luck. Let us know how that works out (always looking for good sources).
