Default Most Current Alignment Specs?

Just finished up doing a front-suspension rebuild of my X-Type and was wondering is anyone had a PDF or knew of what the most recent alignment specs should be when I go to have it aligned soon.

I've found the TSB from February 2006 that states:

But according to the Jaguar Vehicle Specifications PDF from September 2009, it states:
- Front Toe of: -0.10º, for a total of -0.20°
- Rear Camber of: – 0.70°
- Rear Toe of: +0.125°

From all the sources I've found, they seem to pretty much agree on the rear specs... But which is the most current/recommended spec for the front Toe? My car is a US-Spec 2006 3.0 AWD Wagon for reference. Some people have mentioned going with Mondeo Estate specs?

Interesting, I haven't seen this referenced anywhere. That's basically -0.12, +-0.15. I assume that's total specified toe?

This is the current chart I've made from the different TSB's and other data I've found.
