Default Multiple problems battery light, knock sensor?

I've had this car for about a year now and my headaches started about 8 months ago. Everything seemed fine at first until one night with fog lights and headlights on my battery light popped up. Alternator replaced with OEM part. Battery cables replaced. Battery tested. still have an issue with the battery light coming on with minimal draw. I.e. headlights and fog lights. Or even running the ac blower past.50%
I've had the ecm tested and found no issues.
One thing I noticed is that my climate control screen backlight will flicker constantly. I know these cars have pretty much every system integrated so could it be a possible connection issue behind the climate control?

Another issue is that occasionally driving the car and bri ging it over 3000 rpm it will act like it's fallen out of gear rpm will go to about 5000. If I let off the gas and allow the rpm to drop it will continue driving normally. No hard jolts or bucks. Transmission does not slip and when this issue doesn't happen all gears pull hard and shift normally.
After this happened I got the code I believe for the knock sensor.

Codes are
P0430
P0332

Mileage 100,340

Year: 2002

Engine:2.5

Any help or tips would be appreciated.
