I'd try Duralube........An American product readily available and very very good.....comes in a spray version too!

I had that problem and had to have the cylinder replaced. Until that happens, you can try rotating the wheel back and forth slowly until you find a sweet spot that will allow you to turn the key. Use one hand to turn the wheel and the other on the key, using gentle pressure. Finding it first time, may take a bit of time, but you'll know where it is the next time.
