Default Neutral Safety Swich on Manual Trans

I think my no start problem is related to the neutral safety switch. 2002 X Type. I get the starter cranking when I jumper pins 3 and 5 on the starter relay, but, no fuel pump. Nothing when I turn the key. My question, is the switch that black thing under the clutch arm, or is it the red and blue switch above the arm? If it is the black thing, does anyone know how to remove it? I know the manual trans in an X Type is rare, but, wow, I can't even find a picture of the switch. Would be very thankful for some help.
