Default New Battery, Now New Problems

I came out of work last night to a dead battery. It turns out that my battery was old and no longer good. So, at 1AM I had to buy a new battery. But now my power windows have lost their one touch up and down features. Any ideas? And how can I fix this?

Wind them all the way down and wait a few seconds until you hear a click, wind them up and do the same and you will be good.

Mark, I will go into a bit more detail. With your window up (pick any one, doesn't matter), press and hold the button to lower the window (1 window at a time). Once the window makes it all the way down, keep pressing the button to lower the window. Keep pressing the button for another 3-4 seconds. Release the button. Now, raise the window, holding the button the whole way. Once the window reaches the fully shut position, keep holding the button like you were closing the window, waiting the additional 3-4 seconds. At this point, the window should have relearned the auto-up/down feature. Repeat for the other windows.
