Default New ECM and TCM - car shifts hard

Just got my car back from the dealer. A heavy rain shorted out my TCM and even the wiring harness melted. This also somehow fried my ECM. Both replaced with brand new from factory.
The vehicle now appears to shift noticeably hard, especially in lower gears and speeds.
Not sure if the new computers are causing it. Anyone have any advice?

Take back to the dealer. They should be able to diagnose it.

As Lew said..back to the dealer, they may have to reflash the computers...IMO, the dealer should have test drove it before giving the car back to you.
