Hello people just picked my car up today i love it BUT on the way home the wipers keep parking in middle and just keep running when you stop them?????? I really hope I am not gunna regret buying this.......drives awsome though.....thanks

pull the fuse for the wiper blades and then re-install it. That may reset the system. It's either that, or the switch is actually stuck or broken. Just remember to change your transfer case fluid and service that atf down the road too to avoid problems

If you just got it ask them about it. It's not likely it just started after you bought it.

I have asked and the guy is playing dumb?????? So I guess I am on my own to try and sort it.....Anyone know where I find the fuse or relay for wipers??? is it under bonnet or in the cab.......

The X-Type experts will be along later but, with the weather across Northern England this morning, you probably need your wipers urgently.

The best information I have available is for a later Model Year than yours but fuse locations don't usually change drastically. The Wiper Switch is F8 and the Wiper Switch / Washers / Wiper Motor is F9 in the Engine Compartment Fuse Box.

Sounds to me its the wiper mechanism (~$200). Try the fuses but I don't think that will help.

Not that cause the wipers work fine they just dont shut down for 5 or 6 more wipes then park where ever they like......

The park switch is part of the mechanism.

is it a known problem with them???is there any sheer bolts when you remove wheel to change stalk???
