I have spark but no fuel to rail, just replaced engine with new crate motor so all engine sensors are brand new. have power to module all conections are clean, straight pins and tight. All fuse are good and interia switch is down.

Car will fire with a small amount of starting fluid inserted after MAS (don't say it!) so appears security system and ignition portion OK.

Ordered the JTIS disc today but kinda need to get this going ASAP do any help apprecited or even a fuel system troubleshoot from the JTIS would be appreciated if there is sunch a thing.

qpr, I would venture to guess that you have a bad fuel pump. You should be able to have a person under the car near the fuel tank (driver's side) and when you rotate the key to the RUN position, you should hear the fuel pump run for a few seconds. If you can't hear the pump, then it isn't running. From there, check the fuse for the fuel pump module (Fuse F81). Unfortunately, from there, you are looking at having to drop the gas tank as the fuel control module is mounted to the top of the fuel tank and to do any further testing will require access to that module.

May want to also try pulling the fuel filter and momentarily putting the tank end of the fuel line into a container to see if you are getting any fuel that way. It is possible that your fuel pressure regulator froze up for some reason.
