Default No Power to Throttle Body Motor

2002 X-type Jaguar I could really use some help. I am stuck!!

Currently, I am in Limp Mode. I have checked the green and red wires to the throttle body and I have no power. I have checked for a open in both wires to the ECU. There was no splice or cut in the wires.

I have checked in the fuse box and I have power coming into the fuse box to the relay. I have a good relay. I was trying to figure out how the power is getting from the fuse box to the green and red wires. I did a continuity test from the fuse box to the green and red wires and got none thing. I remove the fuse box to look at the wires underneath and the wires look normal.

I tried to bybass the relay with a wire in the fuse box none thing happened. I wanted to see if the throttle motor came on. I placed a wire from the battery to the throttle motor and the throttle body worked.

Any ideas?

Savtyl6215, if you have done the same checks that Kudo's did, then this really only leaves the ECU as the problem. Power comes into the ECU from the relay, gets sent through a pulse width modulator to then pulse the throttle body open part way (dependent on the gas pedal position and other parameters of the car. So, if the wiring is good, but still get no power out to the plug, then it only leaves a single component.

Kudo.
Your car was 02, I figured it's been through a lots of service; That plug with two wires on throttle body being pulled in an out many times, even you test or don't see any thing wrong, but the wires were loose inside and lost the contact, it's happen to mine too. I went to the pull it yourself junkyard and got an 05 wiring harness and throttle body which all the wire were on same plug,on the left side of throttle body, and it work.
