ORIGINAL: JagXV6

Mine is a 2002, 3.0L Automatic, not a sport model and
I have DSC. I just figured most X's came with it. No???
JAGXv6 and Queenie..thanks for mentioning that you have the DSC option...I sincerely didn't think they put them on many Autos....Live and learn.

Our '03 2.5 Auto BRGhas DCS plus about 90% of the other options available. The light on the instrument panel doesn't show but if you flip the switch off the message says that it's off and when you flip the switch again message says it's on.

I have 02 3.0 with DSC. what i find interesting is that if I park the car on uneven ground (i.e half the car is on a curb) when i start the car for a second the computer will give me DSC system fault or something like that...but then it will just disappear...

Yeah no coin holder for me, but I do have DSC in my 02 Sport 5MT. I found out that it actually does work in the rain one day. Good Times

I wish the transfer case didn't have the strength of a toothpick. I'd turn it off more often and fling the back end out more often.

Do you think it would go KAAA BOOOM if I just have an x-pipe and a k&n airfilter...
lately for some reason the car likes to drop to high rpms and make this screeching noise as I come around a corner... =]
I just dont want to burn my clutch..
lol..

but is it bad for the transfer case if I just swing the back end out a few times a day?
lol..
I dont have my oil pan cover thing either..
didnt come with the car..
