Default Oil Leak

Hey guys i just got a 2002 jaguar x-type and i took it in to get the oil changed and they say my the oil pan is leaking a little and when i am at a stop, in the cabin i can smell the oil through the vents. I am a do it your selfer guy, there a good step by step i can to do change the gasket on her?

The smell is probably from oil that dripped onto the front exhaust when the oil filter was changed. That smell should clear up on its own.

I had a horrid oil smell and it turned out to be a K and N oil filter that apparently needs to be very very tight.
