One touch up power windows

One touch up power windows
So I don't know if this is a coincidence or what, but I was changing my fuel filter today and disconnected the battery to do the job. I now noticed that when I pull back on all the power window buttons for one touch up they no longer go up all the way. They act just like normal non-one touch power windows. The one touch down works fine. Any ideas on this? Is there a fuse specifically for windows up? Did disconnecting the battery clear this feature? Any help greatly appreciated.

And here we are in Sept 2011 and this post is still helping people. Thanks again!
I do want to add however, for those of you "googling" this information...
...that you have to do this for each window. Also I'm not sure if it's a fluke but when I did it, once the window was completely down I had to hold it for about 4 seconds before raising the window completely and then holding it for 4 seconds. It didn't work for me if after lowering the window I immediately raised it and then held it fully raised for 8 seconds. *shrug* The important thing is that it was easy to figure out with these instructions and now my windows work properly again! Yay!!

If I operate the right rear window from the right rear door switch it works as it should. But if I use the control on the drivers door the auto up and auto down don't work for the right rear only.
I've tried the calibration procedure from both locations.

For those with issues on the right windows, odds are, you problem lies in the driver's door switches. If they become loose, the switch does function like it should and results in the window not getting properly configured. If you pull off the driver's door panel and then get the switch in the proper position, all will work better. Kinda like you can get it to work a bit better by lifting and pulling the switch sideways towards the outside (as I recall) as you lift it to make it go up with the 1 touch feature.

Listen for the click when teaching window limits
I suspect that's when you've 're-taught' your window drive what the travel limits are, like that little beep you hear when you teach the seats a new memory position.
