P0420, and P1000 engine codes

What does this mean and should it be fixed right away? How much to fix?

P1000 isnt anything to worry about...it just means you started the car before the self diagnoses was complete when the key is turned to the acc position
P0420 is a heated oxygen sensor on bank 1 or its wiring
