Phone not detected by the system

I recently installed a cd changer and since then, any time i press the phone key, the display says "the system has no phone installed"...

Anyone knows how to solve this?

So, how did you resolve it? I know you were also having trouble with your radio earlier and you posted you resolved that as well. What did it turn out to be?

Thanks Alfadude.

To sort the navigation screen, I had to buy a new dvd reader and as soon as I connected, the screen became alive!

As per the phone detection, I just went to the "MISC", (Under the 1971 Menu), and I ticked the function phone...
