Default Possible bad cats (P0420, P0430)

I'm getting P0420 and P0430 codes... I collected the data and here is the result https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets...it?usp=sharing

I'll buy a bottle of CataClean to see if it helps (but got a feeling that I need new cats)

It could also be your O2 sensors

The down stream O2 sensors?

I also checked the temperature at the inlet and outlet of the cat and they are almost the same. Is it true that the outlet side should be 10% higher than the inlet?

I’ll have to do more troubleshooting

the upstream sensors seem to be working because the are fluctuating up and down.
