while i was looking at summit racing's web site i came across a relatively inexpensive powder coat gun. thinking about getting one and doing the calipers. and since i am going to replace my stove my old one might go to the garage for a bit. anyone ever tried this?

Never tried it but always wanted to! I remember when I first saw the
guns back in the early 90's. The Eastwood Company has them too:

You can use an old toaster oven from a yard sale or 2nd hand storeor even buy a
new one for $35 to cure smaller parts and not "light" a bigger oven. The price on
them has dropped quite a bit tool

i was gonna move the oven to the garage so i could possibly work some carbon fiber, it needs a place to cure also, with some heat.
