Radio display blinking on and off?

Default Radio display blinking on and off?
For some reason my cars radio and time display blinks on and off now. Its still programed but the whole display just goes blank sometimes.
Whats wrong with it? is my battery going bad?

lol the radio thing started after the battery was taken out, on my search for the damn TCM.
It does but everything is minor from what most of you have told me
